Order Processing & Handling Time
All standard in-stock orders are processed, packed, and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday). Customized configurations may require additional preparation time, which will be detailed on the product page.

Shipping Regions & Methods

Fulfillment Center: All products destined for European buyers are shipped directly from our European fulfillment hub in Poland via professional carriers (e.g., UPS  or FedEx).

Free Shipping Zone: We provide Free Standard Shipping for all product orders delivered to residential and commercial addresses within the European Union (EU).

Transit Time: Once dispatched from our Poland warehouse, standard shipments typically arrive at your doorstep within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your destination within the EU.

Shipping Exclusions: We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, non-EU European territories, or remote overseas island territories (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Cyprus, and Malta).

Taxes, Value-Added Tax (VAT), and Duties
No Hidden Fees: All prices displayed on kaijielaisi.eu are inclusive of applicable EU Value-Added Tax (VAT). Because your package is fulfilled locally from within the EU (Poland Hub), you will not be subject to any unexpected import tariffs or customs clearance administrative fees upon delivery.

Tracking and Delivery Acceptance
Due to the size, weight, and value of electric bicycles, customers must inspect the outer structural integrity of the carton upon arrival. If the box exhibits severe damage, please explicitly note the issue on the carrier's delivery receipt, or refuse the shipment entirely and contact us immediately at info@kaijielaisi.com.
