We provide a comprehensive 30-day return policy, granting you a 30-day window after physical receipt of your item to initiate a formal return request.

European Union 14-Day Statutory Cooling-Off Period
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you possess the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason whatsoever, without providing a justification. The item must still meet basic preservation standards: unused, unridden (odometer reading below 5 km), with tags, and housed entirely in its original packaging.

Eligibility Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a valid return, your item must be kept in pristine condition. The product must be unworn, unused, completely clean, free from tire/road debris, with all factory tags attached, and safely secured in its original factory packaging. You must also supply a valid order receipt or proof of purchase.
(Note: Customized vehicle configurations, modified electrical wiring, or products artificially damaged by user mishandling are strictly ineligible for return.)

Return Shipping Costs & Process
To initiate a return, you must contact us beforehand at info@kaijielaisi.com. Items sent back without an authorized return request will be rejected. Authorized returns must be delivered directly to our European return hub:

For Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Merchant Error): Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. KAIJIELAISI will assume full responsibility for all return shipping logistics and costs, and we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label to rectify the situation.

For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind / Wrong Item Ordered): If you wish to return a product due to personal preference, you are legally responsible for organizing and paying for the return shipping. Because heavy e-bikes require special freight handling, you may use your own authorized carrier, or request our team to provide a freight pickup label—the exact cost of which will be itemized and deducted directly from your final refund amount.

Refund Timeline
Once your returned item is received at our Poland facility, it will undergo a formal evaluation. If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method automatically within 10 business days.

We accept returns within 14 days of your receipt of the product.

Return Conditions:
The e-bike must be in its original packaging, free of any damage or dirt, and the odometer mileage must be less than 10 km.

Return Shipping Costs:

For defective/damaged items: KAIJIELAISI covers the return shipping cost.

For customer remorse (e.g., changed mind, bought wrong model): The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. No restocking fee is charged.

Refund Process:
Please contact us at info@kaijielaisi.com to get the return address. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
